Canadian Amputee Hockey Team - Since 2003, SPC have been the official health care providers of the Canadian Amputee hockey team. Team doctor, Dr. Jason Pajaczkowski had the honor of accompanying the team to Prague in 2004 for the world championships where the team dominated, winning the gold metal.
